Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

Candidate Profile
