Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with a background in high-spec cleanroom or life sciences environments? Join our dynamic and expanding team delivering mission-critical pharma and life sciences projects across Ireland and mainland Europe.

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will lead design and build projects in GMP-regulated environments, focusing on cleanrooms and internal fit-outs. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance for cleanroom and fit-out works
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP, health and safety, and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors throughout project delivery
• Oversee on-site execution, quality control, and progress reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in a project management role within construction, ideally pharma or life sciences
• Proven track record delivering cleanroom or controlled environment projects
• Strong knowledge of internal fit-out, MEP coordination, and compliance in GMP-regulated sectors
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel across Ireland and the EU as required
