Job Description:
Brandt Developments has a position available for a Construction Project Manager at our Regina, SK location. Reporting to the Director of Construction and Site Services, the ideal candidate must have significant experience in the construction industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

*Coordinate, schedule, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
*Provide support to Directors or Senior Project Managers as required
*Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
*Responsible for quality and delivery of projects
*Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
*Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff

Required Experience:
*The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in building construction project management.
*Must have comprehensive knowledge of building systems included in architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil construction scopes.
*Preference will be given to a candidate with an Architectural *Technology Diploma, LEED Certification or equivalent.
