Summary

The Project Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and requirements. Projects are typically of moderate complexity, risk, and exposure.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Plan and oversee the delivery of projects, defining scope, deliverables, and requirements with stakeholders.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, determine resource and budget needs, and estimate timelines.
  3. Identify risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and monitor project progress.
  4. Manage project teams, monitor task completion, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  5. Ensure projects comply with all regulatory, environmental, health, and safety standards.
Client Relationship Management
  1. Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
  2. Resolve issues, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills Required
  • Degree in architectural technology, construction technology, engineering technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all requirements.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, risk management, influence, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client service orientation and vendor management skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, and adaptability to new applications.
Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

Assets include:

  • Project Management Institute Accreditation or in progress.
  • LEED certification or in progress.
