Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of remodel and new build projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery through collaboration with Clients, Subtrades, Architects, Vendors, and Internal Teams.
  • Leverage digital project management tools to track project progress, manage schedules, and monitor procurement workflows.
  • Work cross-functionally with Site Team, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with franchisor design and construction teams, external architects, engineers, and consultants to validate and align on construction plans and project scopes in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Direct all phases of construction management, including pre-construction due diligence, scheduling, budgeting, planning, execution, and closeout, while leveraging technology to enhance visibility and efficiency.
  • Prepare and track project budgets using financial tracking tools and dashboards, ensuring costs are reviewed at each stage and risks are identified proactively.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor procurement, including scope reviews, contract negotiations, timely ordering, delivery, and installation of project materials and equipment through structured digital tracking.
  • Oversee construction administration, including change orders, purchase order tracking, invoicing, and project closeout documentation, ensuring data is centralized and easily accessible.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with Clients, Consultants, Subtrades, and Internal Teams, providing regular updates through structured reporting and dashboards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, reducing time and cost inefficiencies through technology-driven workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all projects comply with legal, regulatory (government), and franchisor construction requirements, with digital documentation tracking to maintain compliance records efficiently.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Additional training in digital project management tools (Procore, Asana, Power BI, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Required Skills

  • Ability to influence, effectively negotiate and align stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Experience with CCDC contracts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of delivering clear, structured updates.
  • Fluent in English - written, spoken, and comprehension. Ability to communicate and prepare structured documentation in English is mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume project environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on process optimization and technology adoption.
  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel for site visits as required.
  • Member of a recognised professional body in the construction industry.
