Job summary

You will support cost, schedule, safety, and quality oversight, coordinate field activities, and maintain strong relationships with trade partners. A bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or construction management is required, along with 3–5 years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of construction industry experience.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety, quality, and codes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager and superintendent with cost, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate overall construction planning and identify risks.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and progress reporting.
• Maintain relationships with trade partners and manage scopes of work.
• Support change management, RFIs, submittals, and commissioning processes.
• Closeout activities including archiving documents and warranty support.
• Identify and resolve field technical issues.
