Formación

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration/Finance and 3–6 years of accounting experience or equivalent.
• Strong ability to identify financial situations and produce logical solutions for a project team.
• Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills; able to work independently and on-site.
• Experience in construction industry is an asset.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Read and understand project contracts and subcontractor documents to ensure setup aligns with terms.
• Collect, reconcile, seek approval and process all project payments, expenses and payroll allocations promptly.
• Assemble client billing packages to ensure timely invoicing and contract-compliant payments.
• Maintain accurate and timely cash flow data and forecasts for the project.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly reports for owner/consultant and internal teams.
• Manage and reconcile the project budget and change distributions.
