Redpath Mining in Northwestern Ontario (Red Lake) is seeking a Construction Miner (Development) to perform shotcreting, grout work, ground support, and related underground construction tasks. The role involves 12-hour shifts with a 14 days on/off rotation, and camp accommodations.
You will inspect headings, install ground support, operate pneumatic drills and underground equipment, and follow safety rules including WHMIS and Cardinal Rules.
Location: Red Lake (Northwestern Ontario), Canada
Rotation: 14 days on, 14 days off
Shift Length: 12 hours
Salary Range: $118,000 - $168,000/annum, range is variable and dependent on overtime worked and production bonus paid
Travel: Commercial flight from airport closest to point of hire

The primary role of the Construction Miner (Development) is to perform such work as shotcreting, grouting, building refuge stations, crusher stations, muck bins, conveyor installation, timber and concrete work, sump installations, the installation of vent tubing (air, water and pumping lines), other construction work and maintenance jobs as required.
