Insight Global seeks an experienced Construction Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities in engineering, R&D, financial systems, and product roll-out. The role emphasizes on-site leadership for MEP trades and safety, with strong coordination across teams.

Responsibilities include project planning, client presentations, staff recruitment and development, and contract cost review. Direct field installation experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Data Center or mission critical experience.
• On-site experience with mechanical and electrical engineering, commissioning / managing trades.
• On-site, construction, safety and energy isolation.
• Experience in field, direct installation.
• Experience with PDFs/ProCore/MS Suite.
• Nice to have: construction superintendent experience.

The main function of a construction manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
