Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from kickoff to completion, keeping everything on time, on spec, and within budget.
- Craft and present detailed cost estimates for upcoming builds.
- Map out project timelines, set key milestones, and track progress to stay ahead of the curve.
- Draft and tweak contracts, negotiating terms with architects, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Set up and roll out programs to ensure top-notch quality across all work.
- Act as the company's voice in discussions on business services and agreements.
- Generate progress updates and share schedules with clients to keep them in the loop.
- Oversee the sourcing of building materials and scout land for new projects.
- Recruit and guide subcontractors and team members, ensuring smooth operations.
