Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from kickoff to completion, keeping everything on time, on spec, and within budget.
• Craft and present detailed cost estimates for upcoming builds.
• Map out project timelines, set key milestones, and track progress to stay ahead of the curve.
• Draft and tweak contracts, negotiating terms with architects, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Set up and roll out programs to ensure top-notch quality across all work.
• Act as the company's voice in discussions on business services and agreements.

• Oversee the sourcing of building materials and scout land for new projects.
