Responsibilities include site preparation, assisting with general construction, operating light equipment, and maintaining tools and materials to help projects reach safe, efficient completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience.
• Valid CSTS certification.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Willingness to learn and develop through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Operate light equipment such as skid steers and packers.
• Assist with site preparation and general construction activities.
• Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Spot equipment and trucks during site operations.
• Assist supervisors and crews as required.
• Install temporary construction fencing.
• Perform general site cleanup and housekeeping.
• Complete manual labour tasks in support of project requirements.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
