Hira Stone Development Inc. in Alberta is seeking a Construction Helper to join our on-site team. You will assist with loading and transporting materials, erecting forms, and supporting concrete work while adhering to safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have minimal formal education and are willing to obtain PPE, CSTS, and First Aid certifications. This role is outdoor, physically demanding, and requires the ability to work under tight deadlines in a noisy, dusty environment.

Formación

• No formal education required beyond the basics.
• PPE training, CSTS certificate and First Aid are preferred or required.
• 1 to less than 7 months of construction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades.
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
• Assist in demolishing buildings.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.
• Perform routine maintenance work.
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
