Ledcor Building is seeking a General Laborer to support on-site construction activities in Edmonton. You will assist skilled tradespeople and project teams, learn industry standards, and help maintain a safe, organized work site while contributing to high-quality outcomes.

Daily shift Monday–Friday, outdoors in varying weather, with benefits through CLAC and a comprehensive health package. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial construction field.
• Safety oriented with a safe work mindset.
• Detail oriented with a passion for learning the construction industry.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Complete general Laborer tasks as directed by the superintendent or foreman on site.
• Work closely with all crew members, and learn the construction industry standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work site.
• Ensure quality of work meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensure all small tools assigned to the crew are cleaned, stored and maintained properly.
