This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong work ethic who wants to gain experience in construction, learn basic carpentry and site operations, and contribute to quality work in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment around job sites.
• Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with framing, forming, demolition, and general site work.
• Operate basic power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely (e.g., drills, grinders, compaction equipment).
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, trash, and hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, mortar, or gravel as required.
• Follow all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) guidelines and company safety protocols.
