DSG HOMES AND CONSTRUCTION INC. in Winnipeg, MB is hiring a Construction helper to join our field crew. You will load, unload and transport materials, assist with concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps and barricades, and support day-to-day site operations.

Permanent, full-time roles with 5 vacancies. Must be fluent in English, have a high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 45 kg. This role requires outdoor work, long hours, and tolerance for hazardous or dusty conditions.

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must be capable of erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
• The candidate will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• The candidate must help the medical examiner in charge.
• The candidate must assist in the demolition of buildings.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
• The candidate will be responsible for tending or feeding construction machines and equipment.
• The candidate will be responsible for directing traffic near construction sites.

Job Requirements
