Job summary

Autism Services in Saskatoon is seeking a Construction & Landscaping Lead Hand with at least 5 years of experience in residential construction, landscaping, hardscaping, or exterior renovations. This is a full-time, year-round role, with winter work including snow removal.

You will lead and assist on decks, fences, patios, and exterior repairs, coordinating crews and materials on site. The ideal candidate will read measurements, understand grades, operate skid steers and power tools, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with decks, fences, hardscaping, grading, drainage, and exterior construction
• Ability to read measurements and understand layout, grades, and elevations
• Experience operating skid steers, compact equipment, trailers, and power tools
• Leadership skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Physically capable of outdoor manual labour
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must live in or near Saskatoon
