Why work with 3twenty?

What you’ll do:
  • Collaborate with the sales team and review requests for proposals (RFPs) to gather project requirements for estimate submission.
  • Consolidate requests for information (RFIs) and clarifications from the internal team and vendor partners to assist with preparing quality and competitive proposals.
  • Coordinate with the design team and subcontractors to ensure proposals are feasible and cost-effective.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labour, and other relevant factors.
  • Prepare detailed proposals which include required materials, scope of work, exclusions, pricing and a preliminary construction schedule.
  • Act as a liaison by leading a project hand-off meeting between the sales and project teams to ensure a seamless transition of projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and pricing to provide competitive and accurate estimates.
Who you’ll work with:

The Team: You will collaborate closely with our sales team, designers, specialists, subtrades and project managers to ensure accurate project estimates.

Collaborators: By forming key relationships with our supply chain and subcontractors, we are able to collaborate on designs that result in high-quality, cost-efficient builds for our customers.

What you’ll bring:

  • Five years or more of relevant experience is preferred; a combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Technical understanding of construction processes and building materials.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • A self-directed approach to identifying inefficiencies and independently driving process improvements.
What we offer:
