Job summary

Pagnotta Inc. is seeking an Operator/Labourer to support our Construction division on fast-paced, multi-storey projects shaping the Edmonton skyline.

You will report to the Site Superintendent and work with carpenters, concrete crews and other trades to move materials and operate heavy equipment. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to perform physically demanding work, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or multi-family construction.
• Experience operating construction equipment in a commercial construction environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment including skid steers, telehandlers, forklifts, loaders, compactors, and other equipment as required.
• Perform site preparation activities such as excavation support, grading, material distribution, and site cleanup.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with installation/removal of temporary site infrastructure (fencing, hoarding, signage, protection systems).
