Job summary

ArmourCo Solutions in Ontario is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Associate to learn business development, sales, marketing, and operations within the condominium restoration sector. You’ll work with the senior leadership and support a range of initiatives while gaining hands‑on exposure across the business.

This hybrid role involves meeting people, attending events, creating content, supporting proposals, and helping move the business forward. Recent grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and support outreach activities.
• Visit property management offices and industry partners in person.
• Build relationships with managers, engineers, designers, and consultants.
• Assist with lead generation, proposals, and sales administration.
• Support CRM data quality, forecasting, and reporting.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, content, and materials.
