The Home Depot in Lévis is seeking a Sales Associate who delivers fast, friendly service by actively engaging customers, assessing needs, and guiding them to the right solutions for their projects. You will maintain knowledge of products, promote services, stock and merchandise shelves, and support a safe, efficient store operation with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 to 2 years Retail or Trade experience is an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• No travel requirements.

Mansioni

• Provide fast, friendly service by greeting, engaging, and thanking customers.
• Assess customer needs and guide them to appropriate merchandise.
• Promote services such as tool rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services and how to apply them to projects.
• Maintain knowledge of products and assist with stocking, signing and merchandising to keep the store tidy.
