Responsibilities

• Follow Home Depot's GET Model: Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking customers.
• Actively seek customers and escort them to appropriate merchandise.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine needs and expertise.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services.
• Discuss options (good, better, best) and suggest related items outside the department.
• Educate customers about the whole project.
• Use empowerment program when necessary to satisfy customers.
• Execute daily stock maintenance: products signed, displayed, and clean.
