Job summary

Fairstone is hiring for a sales-focused role in Laval, Canada. You will actively promote loan and protection products, assess customer needs, and guide clients through the full sales process from application to closing.

You will build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and helping customers meet their financial goals. The position requires at least one year of sales or customer service experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with a targets-focused mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value to clients.

What you can expect - pay & process

Expected base hourly rate of $21.13, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance - your success drives your earnings.
