Fairstone Bank is hiring a Loan Consultant to actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will understand customer needs and tailor financial solutions, managing the full sales cycle from application to closing.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of sales or customer service experience and strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering value are essential.

What you can expect - pay & process

Expected base hourly rate of $21.13, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance—your success drives your earnings.
