Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance on financial solutions that serve their best interests. Collaborate within the branch and with BMO partners to enhance customer experience and achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that expand the customer's relationship with BMO.
- Greet and guide customers, offering advice on digital and self-serve banking options for a quick and easy banking experience.
- Assist in client conversations about banking services, recommend banking channels, and provide personal banking and investment advice.
- Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Review customer profiles and engage in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities and address banking and credit card needs.
- Contribute to branch business results and enhance the customer experience.
- Support operational activities such as inventory management, service requests, and account processing.
- Be a key member of the branch and market team, fostering collaboration.
- Understand customer banking and credit needs, and incorporate marketing promotions into discussions.
- Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Proactively find creative ways to make each customer's experience personalized.
- Seek continuous improvement in the branch's customer experience.
- Contribute to overall business results and customer satisfaction.
- Work at multiple branches as needed; schedule may vary.
- Follow risk and compliance policies to safeguard assets and privacy.
- Stay informed about financial market trends, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and practices, integrating them into customer interactions.
- Report suspicious activities related to money laundering.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Protect the bank's assets ethically and legally.

Qualifications:
- Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience or related certification, or equivalent education and experience.
- For Canada: Completion or in-progress registration to sell investment products (within 12 months).
- Proficient with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
- Experience in customer service or sales with a focus on personal customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business banking solutions.
- Strong commitment to helping customers.
- Results-driven with a team-oriented approach.
- Resourceful, confident, and proactive in customer engagement.
- Ability to collaborate and adapt to different roles within the team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and flexible response skills.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00
