Join to apply for the Conseiller au service technique - Technical Service Advisor role at Amiel Group.

We are seeking a person with excellent customer service skills to advise internal technicians using their technical expertise in appliances, via phone and email.

Main responsibilities:
  • Provide LEVEL 2 and 3 technical support over the phone to field technicians, call center staff, dealers, and sales reps.
  • Handle call center requests and troubleshoot with technicians requiring technical expertise.
  • Submit appliance replacements as a last resort when repairs are not feasible, in consultation with a supervisor.
  • Perform dismantling and repair tasks on inventory appliances as needed.
  • Research technical information from manufacturers.
  • Perform other related duties within scope of responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in a second-level customer service role.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in appliance repair.
  • Ease of learning computer systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams.
  • Curiosity or basic experience in using AI and digital tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
