Job summary

BRP in Valcourt, QC is seeking a Connected Vehicle Validation Technician to support instrumentation and validation of connected systems during vehicle testing. You will work with the Technologies, Testing and Data Acquisition team to push state-of-the-art prototypes toward production.

You will conduct dynamic and static test plans, travel to test sites, and help shape software and hardware integration. Independence, systems thinking, and strong communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong understanding of complex, interconnected systems.
• Experience coordinating and tracking multiple projects in parallel.
• Skilled at presenting proposals to advance products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct test plans, both dynamically and statically (75% in vehicles, 25% in the office).
• Draft and propose additional tests to confirm maturity of software/hardware integration.
• Travel to test sites to monitor development of products on water, snow, trails or roads.
• Influence the architecture and development of software and connected systems.
