Job summary

ICON Property Management Ltd. in Toronto seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support resident relations, contractor coordination, and building operations.

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will help maintain service standards and governance documents. With 1+ year condo experience and CMRAO license, you will manage information, prepare notices, assist in meetings, and support financial tasks while delivering professional client service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an APM role in a Condominium environment.
• Post secondary education in a related discipline.
• Limited CMRAO license.
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review reports from security and highlight items for the property manager.
• Obtain and file forms (amenity reservations, resident info, parking permits).
• Update owner/resident information as required.
• Communicate professionally with clients by email/phone.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and complaints.
• Notify corporate of unit sales and prepare notices.
