Concurrent Disorder Specialist – Mental Health & Justice Case Management - Full-Time Contract ( 6 Months)
CMHA Toronto is seeking a compassionate, self-driven, and collaborative Concurrent Disorder Specialist to join our Mental Health & Justice Case Management (MH&J CM) Team. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, builds rapport with ease, and brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
You’ll support individuals living with mental health and addiction challenges who also have involvement with the criminal justice system. Our work is grounded in Housing First, harm reduction, and trauma-informed principles, with a strong focus on community integration and recovery.
Salary: $32.30 - $35.39 + 4% in lieu of vacation
Hours: 35 per week
Location: 700 Lawrence Ave. W + community-based work
