Job summary

Nucor Rebar Fabrication in Alberta is seeking a Supervisory Foreman for Concrete Reinforcing Technicians (CRTs). You will lead a crew, ensure job standards, and keep work on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include reviewing CRT work, aiding in resolving issues, and driving drafting techniques to improve efficiency. A CAD drafting background and 3–5 years of supervisory experience are required, with NRF drafting system knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate in CAD design/drafting issued from an accredited school or college or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Senior CRT.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Requires thorough knowledge of NRF’s drafting system.
• General supervisory skills or supervisory training.
• Able to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
• Effective verbal and communication skills.

• Assist in the performance review process and recommend appropriate salary adjustments as needed for assigned CRT personnel.
• Perform other duties as required by your supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
