Job summary

Firma Concreteis is seeking an experienced Foreman for concrete placing and finishing to join their growing team in Canada. The role offers a wage of $47.50/hr plus a company truck and a benefits package.

You will supervise crews, coordinate manpower and equipment, read drawings, and ensure safety, quality, and timely production on commercial/industrial projects. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Company truck provided and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete placing and finishing.
• Experience supervising a crew in commercial/industrial concrete construction.
• Ability to read drawings and ensure safety and quality.

• Supervise and lead concrete placing and finishing crews.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily production activities.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Conduct daily FLHAs, toolbox talks, and site safety inspections.
• Monitor concrete placement, finishing, curing, and protection procedures.
• Complete daily reports, timecards, and production tracking.
• Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete placing and finishing.
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial concrete construction.
• Ability to lead crews while maintaining production, quality, and safety expectations.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends as required.
