Position Summary
Plan, layout, and install forms, rebar, embeds, and anchor bolts for concrete structures in accordance with plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Read and interpret prints, drawings, plans, and specifications; visualize objects in three dimensions.
- Construct, erect, install, and repair structures, scaffolding, and frameworks using hand and power tools.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install forms, rebar, embeds, and anchor bolts; construct and erect forms for concrete molding.
- Erect built-in-place forms or assemble prefabricated forms; insert spreaders and tie-rods; brace forms securely.
- Pour concrete into forms, finish surfaces, and install items as per plans and specifications.
- Estimate sizes, distances, quantities, time, costs, and resources needed for tasks.
- Inspect work for compliance, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and skills related to the role.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency with electrical, hand, power, and measurement tools.
Requirements:
- Ability to move continuously on a construction site, including standing, walking, kneeling, and crawling.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Use ladders, scaffolds, and other access equipment safely.
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Possession of required tools; a U.S. Driver License may be necessary.
- Adhere to safety and project rules; pass drug, alcohol, and medical tests.
