The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of security experience with 2 years in a supervisory capacity, plus a valid Alberta security guard license and First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant security experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must have Alberta security guard license and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Proficient in reporting, communication, and using security systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site security personnel to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and shift coverage for uninterrupted service.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during alarms and emergencies.
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Operate security room equipment and CCTV monitoring.
