Job summary

365 Patrol Ltd is seeking a security supervisor to oversee operations across multiple client sites in Calgary. The role entails managing guard supervision, scheduling, training, and performance management, with a focus on quality control and timely incident reporting.

The ideal candidate will have Alberta security licensing, First Aid, and strong organizational skills, plus ability to work independently or with a team. Weekend on-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
• Security Licence for Alberta.
• Standard First Aid.
• Being Trauma Aware (by Respect Group).
• If possible CPI-NVCI certification.
• Professional, punctual, and dependent.
• Prior supervisory experience in the security industry is must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations across multiple client sites.
• Manage day-to-day guard supervision including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure quality control and conduct periodic site inspections.
• Handle client service, incident reports, and resolve issues promptly.
• Respond to after-hours incidents or emergencies on weekends (on-call basis).
• Perform general office support duties (e.g., uniform distribution, light cleaning tasks).
• Maintain strong communication with guards and clients.
