Job Overview

As a Concierge, you are the “face” of the high-end residential properties. You are responsible for greeting all residents and visitors with a warm smile and doing their utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service. Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to solve problems and diffuse sticky situations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
• At least one year of direct/in person Customer Service Experience is required
• Excellent written and oral command of theEnglishlanguage is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff
• Proficiency in speaking Cantonese and Mandarin is required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to patrol the property including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior
• Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers
• Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)

Shifts Available

Saturday - 10:00AM-20:00PM; Tuesday & Wednesday - 08:00AM-20:00PM; Friday (only work one Friday in each pay period) - 08:00AM-20:00PM
