Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Concierge for weekend shifts to welcome residents and visitors with a courteous, high-level service mindset. You will handle inquiries, assist with packages, and maintain a secure, welcoming environment in a high-end property setting.

We require a strong customer service background, fluent English, and proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin. The role is part-time with opportunities for professional development and access to our Employee Assistance Plan.

Qualifications

• At least one year of direct/in person Customer Service Experience is required
• Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary to communicate with clients and staff
• Proficiency in speaking Cantonese and Mandarin is required
• Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset

Job Overview

As a Concierge, you are the “face” of the high‑end residential properties. You are responsible for greeting all residents and visitors with a warm smile and doing your utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service. Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to solve problems and diffuse sticky situations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
• At least one year of direct/in person Customer Service Experience is required
• Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff
• Proficiency in speaking Cantonese and Mandarin is required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to patrol the property including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior
• Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers
• Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)

Shifts Available

Saturday - Sunday 4:00pm - 12:00am

Compensation

$20 - $22 per hour
