Join Our Team as a Concierge

Position Details: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to all resident and visitor inquiries promptly and diplomatically, utilizing problem-solving and complaint resolution skills. Forward all complaints to the General Manager in writing.
2. Promote excellent customer service in all interactions with visitors, families, residents, and team members.
3. Greet visitors, address their needs courteously, and conduct mini tours following policies and procedures.
4. Provide clerical and computer support to managers as needed.
5. Maintain records supporting cash transactions related to the sale of guest and team member meal vouchers/tickets.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completion of grade 12 education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude and proven customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Successful passing of the Vulnerable Sector Check (Ontario) or Criminal Records Check (British Columbia).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional courses in office administration or related fields.
