• Collaborate with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and evaluate IT and systems needs and requirements.
• Communicate company goals, policies, and procedures to the CIS team; develop a plan to meet those needs.
• Evaluate current technology usage and business needs and recommend software and hardware improvements.
