Comptable

Location: Montréal, On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Record daily financial transactions in Netsuite (receipts, invoices/payments, bank and credit card transactions, etc.).
2. Support month-end closing procedures and prepare financial reports. Record revenues received from various departments and maintain invoice and supporting document files.
3. Periodically prepare bank and credit card reconciliations for multiple accounts.
4. Maintain proper documentation and filing system for all financial transactions.
5. Participate in audits by providing supporting documents and perform account reconciliations at period end to identify errors or duplications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Over 1 year of experience in an accounting role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
