Job summary

Ericsson Canada Inc. is seeking a Compliance Officer to lead its Compliance & Integrity Risk Assessment (CIRA) program. You will oversee assessments across countries, customer units and functions, guiding interviews, data testing and reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in compliance/risk and strong AB&C/AML knowledge, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Toronto-based location with a clear focus on governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, Risk Management, Audit or related discipline.
• 10+ years in compliance, risk, audit, investigations or related field with leadership of risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of international compliance risks incl. AB&C, AML, sanctions and export controls.
• Excellent interviewing, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope assessments across countries, units and functions.
• Lead stakeholder interviews to understand operations and identify risks.
• Test transactions and perform data analysis across procurement, accounts, travel, gifts and other areas.
• Assess, report and validate findings with business stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level outputs and maintain evidence quality and confidentiality.
• Identify and refer potential misconduct according to procedures.
• Follow up remediation with accountable owners and timelines.
• Develop and enhance the CIRA methodology and tooling.
