As Compliance Manager, you’ll be a key player in upholding the integrity of our tax and financial reporting processes—ensuring we consistently meet professional and regulatory standards.

About the Role
We’re looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our growing team. This role offers the right person the opportunity to take ownership, contribute to a purpose-driven firm, and make a meaningful impact on the financial clarity and confidence of the clients we serve. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values care, respect, and proactive thinking.
In this role, you’ll go beyond compliance—providing trusted guidance and building relationships with clients who rely on us to help them navigate key financial decisions with confidence. Your professionalism and purpose-driven mindset will directly contribute to their success.
You’ll lead year-end engagements, including preparing and finalizing financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns, and managing related compliance matters. This includes handling CRA correspondence and ensuring deadlines are met with care and accuracy. You’ll work directly with clients, building respectful relationships and supporting them every step of the way.
