Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Kidnap victims expected to have a strong understanding of Canadian payroll.
• Experience in maintaining government contacts and analyzing legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll knowledge and training on Canadian payroll legislation.
• Maintain government contacts and update payroll information.
• Assist with developing best practices and contributing to legislative analysis.

Position : Bilingual Payroll Program & Compliance Advisor

Location : Remote (must live in Ontario or Quebec)

Our client, a respected national organization headquartered in Toronto, is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Program & Compliance Advisor.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Providing payroll knowledge, support, and training on Canadian payroll legislation
• Maintaining government contacts and agencies and analyzing legislation
• Updating payroll information for professional standards and programs
• Supporting the development of best practices and website resources
• Contributing to articles, discussion papers, and legislative analysis
• Assisting with any additional duties as required

The ideal candidate will have :

• Fluently bilingual in both French and English
• PCP or PLP designation
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience
• College and / or University Degree in a related field
• Extensive knowledge of multi-jurisdictional payroll and legislation
• Superior working knowledge of MS Office
