The City of Quinte West is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to assist the Manager of Outdoor Operations in ensuring regulatory compliance of Roads, Landfill, Parks and Stormwater systems. The Compliance Coordinator will assist the Manager of Outdoor Operations with a wide variety of technical and administrative work to ensure regulatory compliance of Roads, Landfill, Parks and Stormwater Systems. In addition, the Compliance Coordinator will assist the Supervisor of Roads and the Supervisor of Parks and operations staff in staying current with legislative requirements as they pertain to City Municipal owned infrastructure.
This position is a contributing team member responsible for the day to day work and executing operations in line with department approved policies, plans and programs as well as efficiently meeting service standards in the delivery of municipal services.
The position will require:
A minimum of four (4) years of regulatory compliance experience in the field of Roads/Parks Operations, or a related field is required.
2026 Non-Union Salary Grid Band 7 - $85,992.35 - $93,469.95 annually.
