The Compliance Associate, with guidance from the Manager of Compliance, will be responsible for performing fieldwork related to independent testing of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and supporting audit procedures for external auditors during quarterly, interim, and year-end financial statement audits. The role also involves supporting various compliance programs, business improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc compliance activities.
Toronto Hydro offers a Hybrid Work Arrangement, allowing remote work up to three days per week, based on business needs. Candidates should reside in Ontario within reasonable commuting distance.
