We are currently seeking a Compliance and Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in pharmacovigilance activities and supporting the operations & supporting team.

Key responsibilities:

As a Compliance and Operations Associate, you will support both Pharmacovigilance and daily operational workflows. Your role will include a mix of administrative, quality, and coordination duties that contribute to the smooth functioning of safety and compliance teams:

• Complaints Handling: Assist with documentation and filing of adverse event reports and complaint records. Assist in the analysis of complaint samples in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Reporting & analysis: Support the preparation of reports and analysis of post-market surveillance data. Help compile and prepare regulatory submissions and safety communications under supervision.
• Documentation & Filing: Create and maintain physical and electronic folders for case files and project records. Ensure consistent and organized filing of documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Operations Support: Perform various data entry and validation tasks for Operations team.
• Special projects: Assist senior team members with administrative and project-related tasks. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in a life science or a related field is a must.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
• Fluency in both English and French, oral and written is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Suite
