Job description

Agilus is recruiting for a Complex Repair Operator in the Electro-Mechanical Industry in Ottawa, Ontario. Our client is seeking someone with an eye for detail to join their manufacturing team as a Complex Repair Operator. The ideal candidate brings with them previous experience in a manufacturing environment as well as experience troubleshooting and performing board repair.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform incoming inspection and testing and repair of circuit boards received or assembled by outside suppliers, using approved testing procedures and schematics.
  2. Repairs populated circuit boards that fail inspecting and testing as needed.
  3. Read, follow and execute PCB test procedures.
  4. Support Production, Repair and Engineering.
  5. Calibration of electronics testing standards.
  6. The ability/skill to troubleshoot PCB’s to component level using various test equipment.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.
  2. Education in a 2-year-related diploma or certificate course is ideal.
Soft skills:
  1. Strong communication.
You'll receive:
  1. At least $18 per hour.
  2. Weekly Pay.
  3. 4% vacation paid out weekly.
