The Complex Marketing Specialist works with the Complex Senior Marketing Manager to support the implementation of the marketing plan and run marketing campaigns to increase hotel brand awareness and support the business development strategy. Must be able to travel to the complex properties in the GTA.

Summary of Responsibilities
  • Support the development, execution, management, and analysis of marketing campaigns for the three properties across the GTA.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive marketing initiatives that raise awareness of hotel programs and initiatives aligned with marketing and business goals.
  • Create engaging photo and video content for digital platforms, campaigns, and brand channels.
  • Manage content production from concept to execution, including photography, videography, and editing.
  • Oversee social media accounts, including planning, posting, engaging with the audience, and performance reporting.
  • Assist in writing and editing copy for emails, websites, social posts, and other brand assets.
  • Track key performance metrics to optimize content and social strategies.
  • Stay informed about marketing and industry trends, converting observations and data into insights to contribute to the hotel’s marketing strategies.
  • Report monthly performance analytics.
What are we looking for?

The Complex Marketing Specialist at Hilton is dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences and working collaboratively with team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, hospitality, or agency roles.
  • Strong photography and video skills, including editing and post-production.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and branding.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional advantageous capabilities include experience in hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands, familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite, and basic knowledge of email marketing platforms and analytics tools such as Mailchimp, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics.
