As a Complex Care Nurse Lead, you will support, mentor, and train your team to meet the diverse needs of clients, caregivers, and nurses in your community.
Conduct visits to new and existing clients, caregivers, and nurses regularly. This role involves active community engagement, including home visits, hands-on care, training, and coaching, with weekly onsite visits in the field.
Coordinate and deliver training for caregivers and nurses.
Education: Registered Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, current CPR certification.
Experience: Minimum five years of recent supervisory experience in community nursing, with a proven track record in training development, people management, and business development preferred.
Other Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and lead effectively, strong communication skills, valid driver’s license, knowledge of community nursing principles, and clearance for vulnerable sectors, including police clearance, TB test, and screening. Proof of vaccination may be required based on provincial regulations.
