Job summary

Nutrien (Canada) Holdings ULC is seeking a detail‑oriented compensation/analytics professional to support LTIP programs. You will collaborate with compensation, finance, tax, and HR to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes data modeling, dashboard development in Excel and Power BI, and ensuring compliance with governance requirements. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 2+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in compensation, finance, HR analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and delivery of LTIP programs with cross‑functional teams.
• Handle LTIP inquiries for participants and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly LTIP files with audits and quality checks.
• Assist quarterly board materials and annual proxy disclosures.
• Collaborate on reporting, reconciliations and compliance for LTIP.
