National Research Council Canada (NRC) seeks an AS-2 Compensation Advisor to join the Human Resources Branch. We are looking for an AS-2 Compensation Advisor to join our team. The NRC is a direct entry department, not served by the Pay Center. Our Compensation Advisors manage a portfolio of accounts and performs all actions related to the compensation and benefits of NRC employees. They conduct research and analysis to ensure the compliance and accuracy of compensation files. They respond to employees’ requests and provides them with information on their compensation and benefits.
Successful completion of secondary education OR an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience.
A post-secondary degree may be considered an asset.

AS-2: From $68,047 to $80,289 per annum.
AS-3: From $72,436 to $85,298 per annum.
In addition, the incumbent will receive the Bilingualism Bonus of $800 per year.
