Qualifications
Current certificate of competency from the College of Nurses of Ontario with annual mandatory licensing renewal.
One year previous working experience in health care, preferably in a long term care setting with demonstrated leadership skills.
Post-RPN education and experience in gerontology or related field, preferred.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate assigned resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team according to established standards.
